Someone sent Mitchell Palmer 38 bombs and someone blew themselves up out side of Palmers house. On the second anniversary of the Russian Revolution 10,000 communists and anarchists were arrested.Everyone thought they would attack May first but it came time and nothing happened. Some people think Palmer devised this red scare plan to help him become Democratic presidential candidate in 1920!
